ياعزيزي لا يعني وجود بريدك كمرسل أنه بالضروري أن يكون فعلا تم الإرسال من بريدك.!

المسألة عكس ما تتصور
بمجرد رفع سكربت ارسال على أي سيرفر يمكنك ارسال أي رسالة
وتضع بريد المرسل أيما تريد..

فمثلاً بإمكاني ارسال رسالة لك .. والمرسل هو [email protected]
أو أي بريد آخر

هل تخبرني بكيفية حصولهم على بريد عائلتي الشخصي “قروب” والذي لايعرفه أحد سوانا ؟
إيميلات تصل لأشخاص قريبين لي لم يشتركو بهذا الموقع نهائيا !
هل تفسر لي ذلك؟

Dear members, Asalamualeikum,

First of all I need to apologize for writing here in English, but I’m not Arab and my Arab skills won’t suffice for posting in Arabic language.

I’m the CEO and one of the founders of the Salam Business Club. I was made aware of this posting and would like to respond to it. I would like to assure you that we don’t spam our members.

Let me explain the process:

1. People sign up on our website and use the addressbook of their webmailer (like GoogleMail or Yahoo! Mail) to invite their contacts.
2. Many members choose to invite them all (which is NOT the right way to do it), not selecting or carefully choosing who they want to invite.
3. This way, many times, they also send invitations to company addresses such as [email protected] or GoogleGroups accounts. This is a big problem for us as we receive many “bounced” e-mails. We’re working on a solution for that but it’s very complicated.

Then:
A few days ago we started sending out reminder e-mails to those invited. We didn’t do that before.
Example: on day 1 someone signs up and invites one or more contacts. At the bottom of that e-mail there is a link “Don’t send me any invites anymore”. The invited contacts don’t sign up for an account and they also don’t click that link at the bottom of the e-mail.
So on day 2 we send him a reminder e-mail (LinkedIn.com also does that). The user still doesn’t sign up for an account and still doesn’t click the link at the bottom of the e-mail.
On day 3 we send him the last reminder e-mail. No more e-mails are sent after that.

Under no circumstance are we spamming the addressbook nor e-mailing people that were not invited by a contact. We take this very seriously as this would be spamming, which would block our mailservers on the known webmailers.

What some members were confused about is that they signed up 2 years ago and invited some contacts and now, 2 years later, we’re sending out reminder e-mails. This is in fact confusing and we’re working on a solution there. We will also change the process to just one (1) reminder e-mail instead of two. Please bear with us until this has been implemented and deployed.

I hope this has cleared some of the confusion. Please ask if there is anything unclear or if you have any additional questions.

Hey Rias,

Thank you so much for at least showing up here & giving us more explanation on what’s going on your side. However, I want to assure you that I’ve not invited anyone to this website since the day i joined your website & now i noticed that invitation has been spreading to private contacts. At least by now, i know two private emails got this invitation & that bothered me a lot.

So, I’m hoping you will take action on this & keep in mind that i changed my information on the website to non-actual information because i couldn’t find a way to deActivate my account.

Thank you for your message.

We have taken another look at this and figured out your account – the screenshot you posted contained enough data for us to do so – and what happened there.

Your user account is http://bit.ly/i4AIy5 and you created that account on 2009/07/26 at 00:57. About two hours later, at 2009/07/26 02:52, you invited 29 people to join the Salam Business Club, using our address book importer. Nobody of those 29 people you invited signed up for an account, except for one person (unless they used a different e-mail address, but we can’t and don’t track that).

In the beginning of January 2011 we started sending out invitation reminder e-mails. This is a new feature on our platform, we didn’t have that before. As described above: we send a maximum of two (2) reminder e-mails – and then never again. So some of the 28 contacts that you invited in 2009 and that didn’t sign up have received two reminder e-mails, just a few days ago.

You might have forgotten about the invitations you sent out back then, but according to our database your 29 e-mail contacts were invited by you – using the address book importer.

As said before, we don’t spam members nor do we use their e-mail addresses without their permission. We’re not even sending out any advertising (only our weekly newsletter that can be unsubscribed from with one single click) so our members don’t get annoyed.

We will change the process so in the near future we will send out only one reminder e-mail. I think with this process we’re still on the same level, if not even better, as other business or social networks. Invitations are an essential tool to grow a platform and unfortunately we need them. Our platform has grown to > 200,000 members, a lot of e-mails are sent out on a daily basis and of course sometimes people do get offended but we’re trying to get such issues resolved as quickly as possible. We will also make sure the whole process is less confusing from now on.
