تفاعل مع إقتراحات زوار موقعك ( أو مدونتك ) مع أداة crowdsound
أراء زوار الموقع او المدونة دائما تهم أصحاب المواقع او المدونات , فرأي الزائر او أقتراحاته مهمه لتحسين أداء الموقع او المحتوى او حتى التصميم الخارجي للموقع.
ولكن دائما يكون تفاعل الزوار مع أصحاب المواقع يتم بالطريقة التقليدية اما بالردود على تدوينة او اعلان من صاحب الموقع او عن طريق البريد الألكتروني, ولكن مع أداة crowdsound أصبح التفاعل مباشر وسريع وفعال بنفس الوقت.
فأداة crowdsound ماهي الا عبارة عن أداة توضع مباشرة في الموقع يقوم من خلالها صاحب الموقع او المدونة بإضافه أقتراح فيقوم زوار الموقع بالتصويت على هذا الاقتراح اما بالقبول او الرفض وذلك بالضغط على صورة اليد (الابهام المرتفع معناه قبول والابهام المنخفض معناه الرفض ) ويمكن ايضا الرد على الأقتراح مباشرة , وأيضا يمكن للزوار أنفسهم بوضع اقتراح ومن ثم تتم عملية اما الموافقه او الرفض لهذا الأقتراح, وهذا يزيد من الاتصال بين زوار الموقع وصاحب الموقع حيث يمكن للزائر طرح فكرة جديدة ووضعها كأقتراح. الموقع يقدم الخدمة مجانا ولكن هناك مميزات لاتعمل الا بمقابل مادي ولكن الخدمة المجانية تكفي من وجهة نظري ولايحتاج للمميزات الأخرى الا لأصحاب المواقع الكبيرة ويمكن مشاهدة الفروق بين الخدمة المجانية والخدمة المدفوعة من هنا
فبعد عمليه التسجيل بالموقع يقوم المستخدم بإضافة اقتراح ومن ثم يتم اخذ الكود المخصص لإدراج أداة الاقتراح في الموقع او المدونة , ومن هنا صور للوحة التحكم في الموقع .
ومن هنا ناخذ كود الأداة ويمكن التعديل على خصائص الاداة على حسب مايراه المستخدم
ولقد قمت بوضع اقتراح ومن ثم قمت بوضع الأداة مباشرة في التدوينة هنا في الأسفل ويمكن الموافقه على الاقتراح او رفضه بالضغط على صورة اليد
